G FRAME: Revival

No I'm not dead.

Ok half dead maybe.  No wait, make that 3/4 then, especially after seeing the awesome new works coming out of the design house of the late Alexander McQueen. Like whoa.

The G Frame: Home to Mama on Halloween

The month of Halloween is here! Have you already decided on what you're going to wear to terrorize glam the streets of Singapore on that night?

Everyone knows that when it comes to Halloween, it's the perfect excuse to look extraordinary or out of this world for one day/night.  Well for Goths you can always try to do something different (like what Lique and I did last year) like dressing up perfectly (sickeningly) sweet and normal as opposed to the ghoulish and vampire/zombie looks.

Or, you can choose to go with style. As usual! Ditch the 'normal' and let's raise your class to another level by dressing up and glam yourselves up with some magnificent designs from Mother of London

THE G FRAME: BECAUSE LOVE IS ALL ABOUT PAIN

So we are in glorious September now, in fact almost the end of it.

September is a special month for the fashion industry, it is the month when you started seeing designers and magazines changing trends or creating new ones, as this month, is the January of Fashion.

Have you ever wonder how love is painful? Especially the love for fashion which can normally led to very painful feet/ankles/legs.

Lady-Gaga-Vanity-Fair-US-September-5

Look at those shoes, how does this crazy woman managed to strut around in those kind of heels all the time? Imagine the broken ankles, bruised feet etc (this is coming from someone who had worn such heels for hours before). Oh the love for fashion.

But of course, before Lady GaGa, there was one classic we should never forget.

Mana

How can anyone forget one of the most famous Jrocker of all times, Mana from ex-Malice Mizer? Ever seen him (YES
HIM
) twirled around on stage in those insane stripper heels? It was just amazing how he could have not break his ankles. Maybe he did went through pain in those shoes before, at least I'd like to think so.

Now I'm pretty sure I've convinced you how both genders would go that far to suffer for their love of fashion.

... still not convinced? Maybe you'd like to get a taste of it yourself by getting into one of these outfits from Vogue Hommes Japan September 2009 fashion spread - Bondage Warriors. I'm pretty sure our friendly fetish groups around would be pleased to assist you in that.
